On June 9, the CKF Puerto Rico chapter donated over 400 children’s books, magazines, comics, and novels to the Hospital del Niño in San Juan. The founder, Nari Shin, set up a book drive in her neighborhood and reached out to her friends for donations. The volunteers were twelve-year-old Isabella Shin and rising senior Shennen Torres, who donated a large sum of books and helped move them to San Juan. Another donation will be done in July or August.
